“The sky is not the limit….keep hustling until they ask if you’re hiring. Lastly, be you, do you, for you!”

BONKHE SHABANGU; A high school teacher by profession, a motivational speaker, entrepreneur and an author

Bonkhe Shabangu 2
What inspires you to be what you are?
I am inspired by people like DJ Sbu and Cassper Nyovest. These two are stubborn about their dreams; they are always up to something and are not defined by what society wants them to be. I also draw my motivation from my own background that it doesn’t matter where I grew up and how under privileged I was. All that matters are my ambitions and making sure that they come to reality.

What are your aspirations?
Ambitious as I am, I aspire to be a millionaire by the age of 30, to be a company director that will hire at least 5 people in 2-3 years from now. I also aspire to attain a Master’s degree holder by the age of 30 and still continuing my studies.

In the next three years, what are you invoking upon?
I am looking at setting up a formal business that will open job opportunities for other young people. Starting small of course! I am also hoping to complete my master’s degree which I started in 2017. Anything else will be picked as I constantly position myself and seize opportunities.

“The best time to start is now; when you still can. Complaining should stop and forward thinking should be the new attitude. The youth should also keep it in mind that there is nothing without us. Let’s get involved in activities that add value to us and leverage with that value to kick more doors.” – Bonkhe

SIFISO DALADI DLAMINI; an entrepreneur and owner of a successful eatery in Swaziland (Emfuleni Lifestyles)

Daladi Dlamini3
What inspires you to be what you are?
Success, progress, development and making a difference.

What are your aspirations?
To be the best person that I can ever be. To play a pivotal role in making Swaziland a great country to live in and create wealth that would enable me to mentor young local talent.

In the next three years, what are you invoking upon?
I’ll be carrying on with developing the Daladi brand by creating more businesses linked to my name.

“Nothing is impossible, if you believe and work towards achieving. Focus on what you are good at and nurture that to strengthen it. Success comes with dedication and responsibility. You can do it!”
